Accountant Admin and Finance Manager to join our team


Job description

We are a dynamic company focused on growth and innovation, seeking a skilled Admin and Finance Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in both administration and financial management.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow.


Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.


Develop and implement financial policies and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial record-keeping.


Support senior management in financial decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting.


Manage vendor relationships and office procurement.


Supervise and mentor junior administrative and finance staff.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


Proven experience as an Admin and Finance Manager or similar role.


Proficiency in accounting and finance software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).


Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.


Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.


Preferred Qualifications:


Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
