Job description

Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedules and completion for landscape irrigation systems. 

Design, construction, installation, and operation management of irrigation drainage network systems

Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities and take corrective action. 

Monitor the project's progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to take appropriate action to catch the delay. 

Evaluate the variation orders and monthly progress claims. 

Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints. 

Prepare the update and prepare/generate reports on maintenance work in coordination with MEP. section

Maintain the stock of repair parts to ensure appropriate maintenance of the irrigation system. 

Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure that the outsourced technicians/maintenance staff are adequately utilizing the irrigation systems. 

Coordinate all activities related and supervision of the third-party contractor s irrigation staff. 

Ensure that third-party contractor s irrigation staff follow appropriate Safety and security guidelines at all times. 

Monitor acquisition and use of materials Maintain confidentiality of information at all times. 

Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary or as assigned by the head section. 

Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines. 

Recommend changes in working conditions or equipment use to increase crew efficiency. 

Order the performance of corrective work when problems occur and recommend procedural changes to avoid such problems.
