We are a fast growing local real estate company, we opened in 2020, currently operating with 6 employees. We have a young dynamic team, with agents and marketing staff. We are seeking a young, motivated and hard working Omani lady who can assist with the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Female
- Municipality Contracts, preparing and submitting them to municipality
- Accountancy (working with tally, creating invoices and preparing salaries)
- Answering Emails and Inquiries
- Secretary to the manager, assisting with administration tasks
Qualification:
- Excellent English and Business English is a Must
- Accountancy diploma or experience is a Must
-Proficient in MS Office
-Strong communication Skills
