We at Al Tajheez Al Ilmiyah Private School are looking for an experienced Hr to join our team. The Hr will be responsible for managing all employee-related processes, managing performance, developing internal policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and update human resources policies and procedures
Follow up on performance evaluation processes and make recommendations for improvement
Address employee inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure compliance with all work-related laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on human resources to senior management
Manage and update employee files continuously
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
should speak Arabic and English
At least three years of experience in the field of personnel affairs or human resources.
Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong communication skills and problem solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR programs
