Duty Timing : Morning 9 AM to Evening 5 PM
About Us:
We are a small real Estate Management company. We are looking for a diligent and versatile individual to join our team as an Assistant Account cum Admin Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Strative Duties:
Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
