As a Media Sales Representative


Job description

We are a reputable trding company catering security solutions and Media. As a Media Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by selling advertising space. You will work closely with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives, and then develop customized advertising solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a strong combination of sales &Marketing skills, industry knowledge, and relationship-building abilities. 

Required-Media Sales Person-*Lady Candidate Preffered.

Key Responsibilities:


Prospect and acquire new clients by identifying businesses that could benefit from advertising through media platforms. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities. 

Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their advertising goals, target audience, and budget constraints. 

Develop tailored advertising proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of advertising through various media channels. 

Negotiate advertising rates and terms with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. 

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative advertising solutions. 

Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular reports and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness of their advertising investment. 

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities. 

Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. 


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 

Proven track record of success in media sales or a related field, with a strong portfolio of sales achievements. 

Reliable& Efficient with  excellent communication, negotiation  and presentation skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive advertising strategies. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Editing softwares

A passion for media, advertising, and staying abreast of industry trends. 

A proactive and results-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach. 

Valid Driving License
