Job Description
Provide friendly and helpful customer service to customers, walk-in customers and suppliers
Monitor inventory level for stock.
Prepare quotation for the customers.
Customer Order
Updating customer portfolio and order follow up
Preparing invoice for Customer
Cash management
Preparing suppliers order and updating supplier’s portfolio and follow up with suppliers.
To coordinate with the supplier for the delivery of shipment
Verifying the delivered items is as per the shipment doents.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Good language skills - English, Hindi and Arabic will be preferable.
Well versed with MS suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 yrs experience in selling Kitchen utensils.
