As a waiter/waitress at Picante Restaurant , you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables

Presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options

Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system

Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quality

Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing any concerns or requests

Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and work stations

Handling payments, processing transactions accurately, and closing out checks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant preferred

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
