Immigration Sales Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities:
> Responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.
> Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.
> Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
> Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,
> Regular follow-up on inquiries, follow-up new leads and referrals resulting from day-to-day activity.
> Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
> Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
> Sales consultants responsible for maintaining communication with clients through phone & email.
> Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
> Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
