- Omani nationality (only)
- Familiarity with the Ministry of Education’s curriculum for kindergarten
- Post-general diploma certificate in kindergarten
- The ability to control children
- The ability to play and sing with children
- The ability to prepare well for the next day
- ?Communicate with parents and send a daily report on each child’s activities
