Leasing Executive - Outdoor


Job description

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and actively pursue qualified leads through various channels (e. g. ,

cold calling, networking, online platforms). 

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor

offerings. 

Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential tenants. 

Relationship Building and Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants. 

Understand and cater to the specific needs and requirements of each

client. 

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. 

Leasing and Negotiation:

Prepare and present proposals outlining the benefits and value proposition

of our outdoor spaces. 

Negotiate lease terms and pricing to achieve optimal occupancy and

revenue. 

Draft and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal

and regulatory requirements. 

Reporting and Analysis:

Track leasing activity, including lead generation, conversion rates, and

closed deals. 

Prepare reports and presentations to keep management informed of

progress and performance. 

Contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketing

and leasing strategies. 

Driving License - Mandatory
