We are seeking a versatile and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher and Fish Cleaner. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by managing both dishwashing duties and preparing fresh fish for our chefs. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to adapt to different tasks.
Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
Fish Cleaning:
Clean and prepare fresh fish according to established procedures.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Dispose of fish waste properly.
General:
Maintain accurate inventory of fish and seafood products (if applicable).
Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
Report any broken or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
No prior experience in fish cleaning is required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
