Goal: to set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend chemicals. 

The Workshop coordinator for chemical blending YQS GROUP LLC

We count on you for:

• Responsible for the mixing, labelling, and packaging of all produce chemicals in workshop. 

• Ensures proper and safe storage and handling of all raw materials and finished goods; maintains all the tools, equipment, pumps, mixing units and forklift and handling procedures per established protocols. 

• Assists in monthly physical inventories and weekly cycle counts. 

• Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing. 

• Ensuring the pumping and pouring of the mix are accurate and precise

• Use mixers, scales, and meters on pumps to ensure the proper quantity of each batch goes into the right container. 

• Ensure all mixes are correct according to mixing logs. 

• Setup and clean-up of all raw materials from tanks and mixing unit before and after mixing

• Calibration and maintenance of equipment including the mechanical and electrical. 

• Driving license is needed. 

• Responsible for safety of workshop. 

You will bring:

• Education degree: Advanced Diploma/Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering; Advanced Diploma/Bachelor in electrical engineering

• 5+ years relevant experience

• Ability to meet all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; ability to lift materials in accordance with applicable OSHA standards. 

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. required. Ability to frequently bend, reach, drive a forklift, climb ladders and lift.
